Carlos specializes in leadership development and organization change across industry, professional services, technology, information and communication, and entertainment. His expertise spans business-process re-engineering, ICT strategy, ERP implementation, change management, cultural change, governance, leadership assessment, and executive coaching.
Consulting career
Carlos has led European and global consultancy units at IBM, served as Managing Partner of consultancy practices at PwC, and held earlier roles at Eli Lilly, EY, the University of Ghent, CERN, and GTE Corporation. He advises national and international clients and serves on the board of a Belgian high-tech company.

Carlos holds master’s degrees in Mechanical and Electro-Technical Engineering and Nuclear Engineering from the University of Ghent, certifications from Hogan and the University of Cambridge, and speaks Dutch, French, and English.
