She connects governance, sustainable growth, and practical leadership action, helping organizations turn complexity into focused choices.
  • Yuliia Holovatiuk Hungureanu General Manager Yuliia brings leadership experience from building and leading Ukraine’s Energy Efficiency Fund from its launch. Her work connects strategy, delivery, and cross-sector collaboration, helping ambitious programmes become operational organizations.
