Michela Cavalletti Dhingra
Mentor, coach, business trainer, and project manager with experience in international development, research, and adult education.
Development and programme management
Michela has led work with NGOs, governmental and nongovernmental agencies in Eastern Europe and European Union-funded social-responsibility projects. She managed CEL International in Holland between 2009 and 2011, including participation in the NoProS European project.
Research and training
At Bocconi University, Michela developed and delivered meditation training and contributed to research on the Global Organizational Learning and Development Network for Sustainability. She also provided online training and coaching for STMicroelectronics through a Bocconi and Vita Salute San Raffaele University research partnership.
Education and practice
Michela has managed adult education at TAMAT NGO in Perugia. She holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Perugia, postgraduate training in development-project management, more than 28 years of meditation practice and teaching, and coach training with Noble Manhattan Coaching.
