Transformation and Agile practice
Herlinda is an Organizational Transformation Consultant with the Center for Evolutionary Learning, an Agile Coach with Cegeka, and business owner of Reik Verder. She helps teams build high performance through personal development, growth mindset, and self-organizing ways of working.
Teaching and research
Herlinda has worked with Daoust, Landsbond der Christelijke Mutualiteiten, Cegeka, Fednot, GHR et com, Markant, and KBC. She has also lectured at Arteveldehogeschool and high schools and contributed to research and teaching at KU Leuven.
Credentials
Herlinda holds a Master’s Degree in Social and Economical Geography and a Professional Life Coaching Diploma, with further training in leadership, communication, assessment, facilitation, improvisation theatre, Agile practices, and Sociocracy 3.0. She speaks Dutch, English, and French.
