International facilitation
Thava brings 35 years of corporate experience, advisory-board service, business-school lecturing, international process facilitation, and master coaching. She designs and facilitates eco-agricultural summits, reconciliation dialogue, knowledge management, reproductive and child health, and women-in-leadership programmes.
